| | BAM! (Century Ride and Bike Swap Meet) | | Description: | Mayfield, KY Type of Event: Touring BAM! (Bike Around Mayfield) is our annual Kiwanis charity ride. This year the ride will be held on Wednesday, July 4th, 2012. There will be two start times; 7:00AM and 8:00AM, riders' choice. There will be clearly marked 15, 32, 61 and 100-mile routes. Registration is at the Icehouse Gallery at 8th Street and North Street, one block off the town square. This year we will introduce a Bike Swap Meet to coincide with the event. The event fee is $20 ("pre-pay") with advance entry, or $25 on the day of the event. The fee includes ride maps, sag service, T-shirt, and rest areas. We are introducing a "pre-registration" option that allows riders to reserve a spot and T-shirt but doesn't require payment until ride day at the $25 level. All riders 16 years of age and younger receive a $5 discount, and is in addition to the $5 discount for pre-pay registration.
