It has many upgrades.I started by removing the bridge and constructing a new totaly custom one complete with Carolina style Helm Pod, Kobelt Chain Drive Single Lever Controls, the Levers and Bezels are straight from Rybovitch and a Pompanette Captains Chair. I also extended the Mate Shade out 40" to create a nice shady condition in the cockpit. All windows have been removed and replaced with more modern style frameless ones.I also removed the port holes and engine vents and glassed them in to create a more modern, sleeker looking Hull. Removed the original Teak cockpit sole and all framing, replumbed tanks, installed new exhaust hose, all new wiring and bonding system, new Buck Algonquin Rudders and Rudder Ports, new Fuel Hoses, new Steering Cylinder, bracket and connecting link, Awl Griped everything, 2 new 2000 gph Rule bilge pumps next to rudders, reframed cockpit and installed new marine plywood decking and covered with 1808 Biaxial Matting and West System Resin. |
