It is reliable with excellent tires, and body, but it does need a few things Like: the timing belt service, coolant smell, drivers window inoperable, ck engine light for a small evap leak, rear wiper, right rear tail light broken (but works), and a dent in that same area. You will need to do the timing belt. The rest could be let go. This will make an excellent driver for someone.
